Mr. HEM Sokly, Project Coordinator of Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity ("SOGI") Project, on January 27, 2012, talked about the SOGI project, and Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual and Transgenders' situation in Cambodia. He introduced the reason d'être of the project, its goal, approaches, achievement and next activities plan in order to make respect for LGBT rights.
